A feel good video for Thursday. I remember getting my mission call. I walked to the mail with my dog Flash...hoping for the white envelope. I didn´t think it would come that day. And there it was.......WHITE, BIG, FULL OF MY FUTURE....and it was thick meaning I would go somewhere foreign. I peeked inside on the short walk inside and I remember seeing 2 words: Russian and Baltic. I went inside and my mom asked if I had looked....I think she knew I had from the look on my face. My dad happened to be home at the time and so were a few of my sisters. We were all sitting around the table and so I opened it and read it. I cried......tears of sadness because I had hoped to go somewhere speaking Spanish. Little did I know that I would love my mission and the Baltic people so dearly! Watching this reminded me of those feelings. But it also instilled in me a hope to have my own children go on missions someday and the excited anticipation to see where they will go and to be a missionary mom. I hope dreams do come true!
